Homes in Windmill Harbor include patio homes, harbour front townhouses and villas, and estate lots. Windmill Harbor is the first plantation or community visible on the right side once you enter Hilton Head Island. Many of the homes have beautiful water views.
This private community is 172 acres and consists of elegant, southern homes. Windmill Harbour hosts the South Carolina Yacht Club and a 15.5 acre marina that is the largest amount of boat slips on Hilton head Island. The Windmill Harbour Marina has the only harbour system that serves as a direct link to the Intracoastal Highway.
The Windmill Harbour SCYC Clubhouse offers great views for strolling, relaxing or dining. There is also accommodations for waterfront sports.
